Joe did an excellent job of listening to what my goals were, helped me maintain my strengths and improve my weaknesses. Under Joe’s coaching, I set PR’s in Olympic and 1/2 Ironman distances and completed my first Ironman with a smile on my face. I know that I wouldn’t have had as successful of a season without his help. Joe helped me make modifications to my training plan when necessary and helped me keep my expectations realistic. His experience in racing, coaching and bike mechanics make him an excellent resource for anybody looking to improve in triathlon competitions.Peter Somers
Joe just did a pretty major repair on Wendy’s bike this week. I can’t tell you how pleased we are with Joe’s bike tech knowledge. The service was super fast and Wendy’s bike is in top shape! I would take our bike repair/maintenance to Joe anytime! Great service at a great price! I recommend!Bill Nevala
Having Joe involved just makes my life easier. He holds me accountable for completing a workout and adjusts my schedule if I am not able to accomplish a goal. He is also a great bike mechanic, has a lot of race experience, and is able to pass on a lot more than just workout information.Peter Moeschler
It was everything he said it would be. The experience was better than I expected. Biking is my weakness, so he helped me become stronger in that area. He is very positive and he helps people find a balance between their work and family lives and the training schedule.Sonia Karimi
